Exchange & Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your product, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to give you peace of mind.

Returns: You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days. At Thuisblij.nl we would like to offer customers even more service, and that is why we have created 30 of them. Please contact us first to start the returns process. Products must be unused and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. Make sure you complete the returns form that you can download here and include it with your return.

Exchange : At Thuisblij we understand that it can sometimes be difficult to find exactly the right product online. That's why we want to ensure that you can shop with confidence and that you are satisfied with your purchase. Our exchange process is designed to make product exchanges smooth and easy, so you always get the product that's right for you.

How it works:

  1. Place a New Order: If you want to exchange a product, simply place a new order on our webshop for the product you want to replace. This allows you to quickly receive the product you want, without having to wait for the return to be processed.

  2. First Order Returns: Once you have placed the new order, you can return the product you want to exchange to us. To do this, follow the return instructions that you can find on our website. We recommend using the original packaging to ensure the product is returned safely.

  3. First Order Refund: Once we receive and process your returned product, we will process a refund for the original order.

Return: After we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of its receipt. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 30 business days.

Excluded Products: Please note that some products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons. This includes personal care products, food and custom items.

Postage costs: Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or does not match your order.
